At OutboardSpares.co.za, we understand that mistakes happen. That’s why we accept returns within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund (excluding any shipping costs), provided the item is:
In its original, unused condition
With unopened, undamaged packaging
Exchanges
If you need a different part, we’re happy to help you find the right one. Send the part back to us and we you’ll be able to choose your preferred return method when we arrange your exchange.
Faulty or Defective Parts
All parts are covered by our 1-year warranty. If your part is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll gladly offer a replacement.
Important Notes
Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging cannot be accepted.
Returns outside of the 7-day window may be declined.
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.
How to Make a Return
Email us at sales@karmishtrading.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and confirm whether your item qualifies for return or exchange.

Please use a tracked courier service when sending parts back to us. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
